Fluidized Bed Dryer
The application of the Oliver patented fan system to produce uniform, precise air flow has created a simple, inexpensive fluidized bed dryer.  Fluid bed drying offers important advantages over other methods of drying particulate materials.
• The FBD system provides a solution to many challenging thermal processing problems.  Suitable for powders, granules and pellets with an average size of between 50 and 6000 microns.
• Instantaneous moisture removal from material with diverse size and consistency characteristics.
• Easily variable, material retention time on the drying table.
• Particle fluidization gives easy material transport, high rates of heat exchange at high thermal efficiencies preventing overheating or degradation of particles.
